ICOHES is an annual international scientific conference organized by ITSK RS Soepraoen, Malang, East Java. This forum brings together health professionals, academics, researchers, and students from around the world.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in indexed proceedings, and selected papers will be considered for publication in reputable international journals.

Submission Guidelines
Submit your original research to be presented and published in indexed conference proceedings.
Submission Steps
Register on the submission portal using your institutional email. Complete your author profile with affiliation details.
Write a structured abstract (250–500 words) covering background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
Upload your abstract via the online portal. You will receive a submission ID to track your manuscript status.
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by the scientific committee within 10 working days.
Upon acceptance, submit the complete manuscript using the provided template for indexed publication.
Submission Requirements
Please review the following requirements before preparing your manuscript. All papers must be original and not previously published elsewhere.
- Language: English (primary) or Bahasa Indonesia
- Abstract: 250–500 words, structured format
- Full Paper: 4,000–6,000 words (including references)
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx), IEEE/APA style
- Plagiarism: Maximum 20% similarity (Turnitin)
- References: Minimum 15, published within the last 5 years
- Publication: Scopus-indexed / SINTA-accredited journals
- Presentation: Oral (15 minutes) or Poster (A0 size)
